Details of this retreat

Twice a year we organise a special event, unique in every way. With Tembo and Mudanga, experienced hypnotherapist and bwiti healers, we open a sacred space where you will take a deep journey in the subconscious . You will be brought face to face with your past trauma and you will be able to give yourself a complete emotional reset. This is trauma, the effect of a certain behaviour that the parent had, and the child, lacking cognitive interpretation mechanisms, integrated it into his deeply emotional way. During Iboga you can access all your memories, the repressed and the painful ones, you will face the truth, understand with your adult mind what really happened from a complete different perspective, you will integrate a new attitude towards your memories, you will rewire your brain, you will be able to gain control over your life and make wiser and healthier choices after.
What makes Iboga different from ayahuasca and mushrooms or peyote is that during your iboga trip in the past you are not only an observer. You can change the psychological imprint, you can change the way you remember the past and in this way you can stop yourself from being a victim and doing the same mistakes. After an Iboga session you will be able to find new ways for filling that void, of running from the pain. An uplifting and exhilarating journey that will change your life forever.

Retreat Ananda Zanzibar
I had the privilege of participating in an Iboga retreat organized by Ciprian, and I can sincerely say it was a transformative experience. It’s hard to put into words how profound the transformation was, but I’ll try to capture the essence of my experience.

First and foremost, the process of “rebirth” that I experienced during this retreat was undoubtedly the most powerful aspect. I had the opportunity to heal aspects of myself that I wasn’t even aware of, things buried deep in my subconscious that were preventing me from living a harmonious life. Through this process, I managed to make peace with my past and shed the weights I was unknowingly carrying.

I want to express my deep gratitude to Ciprian for the dedication with which he organizes these retreats. His efforts and passion in providing participants with a safe and profound experience are truly remarkable. Infinite thanks to the Bwiti tradition for the wisdom and gifts it has offered, which are genuinely priceless.

I cannot forget to mention the shamans, Tembo and Mudanga, whose dedication and attention to every soul and issue addressed in the retreat were extraordinary. The time, love, and non-judgment they showed each of us created an environment where healing could flourish in the most authentic ways.

In conclusion, this Iboga retreat was an incredible journey toward healing and self-discovery. I was deeply moved and changed by this experience, and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to participate. If anyone feels called to explore the depths of their being and seek healing, I strongly encourage considering this retreat as a path.🥰

Sooo GREAT! I didn’t want to leave!
Ananda Retreat was the perfect reset for my new year (birthday). The retreat space was clean & comfy, the food was amazing, the staff was exceptional, and all the inclusions were worthwhile! The Iboga ceremony itself was life-changing. Words can’t even describe how impactful it was for me. I left feeling free, excited about my life & renewed.

I HIGHLY recommend 😊
