Mornings
Enjoy the beautiful mornings by doing some guided qigong, meditation, or yoga in the conference hall or gentle morning hikes in the secluded and pristine forest that envelopes the whole retreat center. As the morning begins to unfold and we finish our morning awakening sessions of our choice, we will head down to the dinning hall for a glorious morning breakfast. Everyone will sit down in the spirit of comradery as we give thanks to the blessings in our lives. Then there is free time to rest, swim in the river plunges, wood burning dry saunas, spot wildlife nearby, or stroll on the retreat’s self-guided nature trail. After breakfast, we will have the first workshop of the day at the conference hall. Following this workshop, your light organic lunch awaits.

Afternoon
After a leisurely siesta, convene for an afternoon workshop indoors or outdoors in the peaceful forest retreat center, surrounded by cedars, pines, and oak trees. The beautiful melody of the birds chirping and the creek flowing as you get in the flow of the workshop doing some deep inner work in a safe and harmonious environment surrounded by non judgement, and unconditional love from your tribe as we support each other in the process of growth. After the workshop you are welcomed to go on an adventure and see the local Mount Shasta town that is only a couple minutes away. Check out the Headwaters at the city park, where the Sacramento river begins, or the local crystal shops.

Evening
The hours after sunset are for enjoying the profound relaxation that comes with living according to nature’s cycle. Eat together al fresco under the glittering night sky, or in the cozy dinning hall. It is a calm time to share the experiences, insights and joys of the day. You are welcomed to head over for some evening music and relaxation after dinner.
