By practicing Yoga and experiencing the benefits of Transformational Breath® every day plus enjoying delicious light and detoxifying meals 3 times a day, our bodies and minds will be cleansed, revitalized and restored.
We will feel lighter with more energy and mental clarity. Our breath will allow us to go even deeper into this transformational process.

Venue HighlightsThe retreat takes place in a spacious villa situated in a quiet wooded location, on the outskirts of Praia das Maçãs, 45 minutes from Lisbon. The beautiful gardens, swimming pool and variety of nice lounge areas invite us to rest and relax, restore and inspire ourselves, or to simply read and enjoy the sun.
AccommodationsWe have two rooms available for single vacancy or couples and two rooms available with two or three single beds depending on the amount of participants. The extra cost of a single room is €150.

Menu/CuisineCleansing Delightful Meals
During the retreat you will be served delicious and nutritious plantbased meals. The meals follow clean eating guidelines and are gluten, dairy and sugar free. We use high quality fresh produce coming from local farms and most of the produce is organic. When we remove stimulants, inflammatory and acidic foods, the body is able to detoxify and restore better. A clean eating workshop will be given to educate you what foods to eat once you are finished with the retreat, giving you a good basis to continue your healthy eating habits long after the retreat.
