'From the Inside Out' Transforming the Relationship with Yourself and Others

  • Maladhara Maladhara
  • Chiang Mai, Thailand
  • Nov 19 - 23, 2019 (5 days)

About This Event

Nurture the relationship with your whole being by connecting with the many parts of your selves: the physical, mental, emotional, and energy body. When we practice awareness and a healthy relationship with ourselves, it extends out into our relationships, job, lifestyle, and how we engage with the world.

YOGA can be for EVERY BODY and experienced in a non-competitive environment where the vibe is warm, gentle, supportive, and fun. Our Hatha yoga classes are suited for all levels with the goal being self-care, not advanced poses. In addition to yoga, you will experience a variety of unique wellness modalities.

This is not yoga or meditation boot camp! Yoga is not about showing off your body or contorting yourself into poses that go past your limits. It's about building the relationship to yourself and noticing what's happening on the inside-- your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic sensations.

"There's a wide range of classes from yoga to walking meditation to TRE (trauma release exercises), The teacher has a soothing voice and is clear in her instructions, offering alternative poses for different strengths and abilities. She spent time getting to know everyone, creating an atmosphere that was very familiar and comfortable. She really is one of those people who are beautiful inside and out. ~Emily, China

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

After participating in more yoga classes and events this year than in my entire life, I am yearning for the opportunity to attend a professional retreat. The opportunity to grow my practice, learn from talented students and teachers, and immerse myself in this gorgeous Red Feather Lakes sanctuary is the dream of a lifetime! Sara
