About This Event

Sol Searchers creates unique women's retreats that combine travel and wellness with local volunteer work wherever we go. Our mission is to create a movement of women who come together to explore, practice self-care, and positively affect the lives of others, and we're so excited to be heading to Sedona, Arizona!

Sedona is a magical setting to enhance emotional wellbeing and spiritual growth.  At this retreat, not only will we nourish our bodies and minds, but we'll help those who work hard to maintain Sedona's natural splendor by doing some morning litter lifting with a local organization called Keep Sedona Beautiful.  Together we can make an impact in a short amount of time!

When we make the time to take care of ourselves, it puts us in a better place to give back to those around us.  Join us!

Everyone agrees that giving back to the community is a good thing, but some may not realize how healing and rewarding it can be for the giver as well -Jennifer

Venue Highlights

A serene getaway awaits us in Sedona! Nestled into the lush banks of Oak Creek at the base of surrounding red rock mountains, the elegantly rustic cabins of Briar Patch Inn will set the tone for our long weekend of tranquil days and restful nights. With the sparkling creek waters and towering oaks, this is the perfect retreat oasis! We'll have free time in the afternoons where you can pamper yourself at the on-property spa, take a dip in the creek, say hello to the sheep roaming the grounds, take a nap in a hammock, and more!

Our main retreat cabin, the Ponderosa, has 4 lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds. There are shared and private rooms still available: one with a king bed + twin bed, one with 2 twins, and one with a queen. There are 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining area, and high speed wifi. In the living space, we'll enjoy sitting by the fire and relaxing on the wraparound deck overlooking the property, and red rock views!

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

I teach yoga part time and am a mom of two toddlers full time. I love my life, but goodness do I need a break. My husband and I have been putting off our wedding ceremony for 4 years because life has gotten in the way. We haven't had a single night alone since our family has grown. I wouldn't change a thing about our lives now, but it would be so wonderful to remember what it's like to 'just be us.' Antrim

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
