Rishikul Yogshala is excited to invite you to apply this yoga teacher training scholarship in India. All training tuition will be covered by Rishikul Yogshala's. In this course, you will learn advanced methods of yoga asana, meditation, and pranayama. Upon completion of the teacher training course, you will receive a certification of 300-hour yoga teacher training from Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga Alliance International. Rishikul Yogshala’s sole purpose is in the education of students from around the world in the ancient art form of yoga. To further this purpose and to celebrate International Yoga Day in June 2016 the school is offering it’s 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program on a scholarship basis. Recognizing the need for an advancement of a 200-hour yoga teacher training program this advanced program is offered to enhance the quality of teacher training across the globe. 50 worthy students will be selected to receive a free yoga education.

This program is ideal for intermediate and advanced students. The course held over the month of June in Rishikesh, the ‘capital of yoga’. The program will cover all aspects of yoga from foundational knowledge to advance study. By completing the course, participants will have a complete knowledge of yoga asanas through the principles of both Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, mudras as well as mud and water therapies. The curriculum will be completed with advanced teachings of pranayama, meditation, chanting and anatomy. To supplement this, students will participate in a karma yoga sessions to give back to the community. In the completion of the course, students will attain a certificate accredited by the Yoga Alliance allowing them to be confident yoga teachers across the globe.

The course will provide a strong teaching in yoga and its different aspects as directed by Rishikul Yogshala's renowned yoga teachers. Students will learn the main principles of a yogic lifestyle enabling them to maintain a perfect balance of the mind, body and soul. This intensive course will teach scholarship winners on how to develop their own teaching methods and styles to be able to spread their teachings within their own communities. Upon completion of the course, students will become more knowledgeable, confident and more experienced.

Accommodations

You will be staying at Rishikul Yogshala. A clean and comfortable shared accommodation are prepared at the school premises. Accommodation will be a spacious ensuite room shared with one other person (of the same sex). As part of the course, you are required to take this accommodation.
