After the successful completion of 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, your next destination towards the journey of Yoga will be 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, so explore more with innumerable possibilities at Rishikesh Yoga Association. The more knowledge you acquire, the more confidence you receive. The second most practical aspect for you to take this course is that you will get more experience in Yoga to become an expert and knowledgeable Yoga teacher Keeping in mind the needs of the Yoga Alliance USA, the 300 Hours Yoga TTC program in India goes with a schedule where 6 to 7 training hours are assigned to each aspect of yoga during the day. You can find this course intensive but enlightened in training. Our Yoga class starts from morning with breathing practice, followed by a few yoga asanas, meditation and theoretical classes. Daily written homework is also ideal because in this way you will gain an in-depth knowledge of this subject. Early sleeping is encouraged because it is part of yoga practice
