3. Hatha Yoga
Stretch and relax those tense muscles and regain your inner balance. Feel the energy flow naturally in your body again.
4. Conscious Walk
A mindful, meditative walk that allows you to connect deeply with yourself and the road of life that you’re on.
5. DeepBodyHealingTM Physical Restoration Massage
Using traditional healing methods that have been around for thousands of years, our signature massage will stimulate the natural healing forces in your body, clear energy blockages and restore your organs and muscles.
6. Traditional Native American Drum Healing
Immerse yourself in the rhythm of traditional drum beats, and let the drum beats wash over your body and activate your body’s natural healing abilities. The drum healing can assist in improving your body’s circulation, detoxify accumulated and toxins in your body, and strengthen your vitality and body functions.
7. Sleep Clinic

I faced stress and reduced energy levels. The combined session on bodyworks and drum healing was definitely a different learning experience. I learned about things beyond conventional books, methods and information on how to resolve negative energy, why and how we are the way we are, and what other ways to potentially to unlock the suppressed energies within us.
