Perfectly Imperfect: Deepening Healing and Love in the Beautiful Mess of Being Human – Full Day
About This Event
What does it mean to accept yourself fully in all your perfect imperfections; to take an honest, fearless look at your true self and stay there, acknowledging both the frailty and the glory in the same glance? In this workshop, Chris Grosso will address this question, guiding participants to use their difficult life experiences as catalysts towards spiritual awakening through various meditations, creative exercises, compassion practices, live ambient music meditation and more.
In this workshop, participants will learn to:
Create an open space for healing
Make friends with your past
How to make your dreams a reality
Learn practices for listening to your heart
Realign yourself with greater purpose
How to create anything your heart calls you to from the ground up
Understand the principles of listening to your heart’s guidance
Learn to love yourself, and others, without holding back
This is an extended version of the Perfectly Imperfect workshop and includes lunch.
Tuition is $125.

As always, a delightful evening!. Thoughts: 1. May want to publish an agenda in future. Not wise to be fashionably late. Reports were that the event was in full swing at 6:30 PM and 6:45 arrival felt like we were catching up. 2. Would be wise to provide the wifi information so everyone could connect for the text fundraiser. Verizon worked but several people near me said that they could not connect using ATT. The wifi would allow everyone to connect See you next year!!

The Copper Beech Institute offers a wide variety of courses, meditations, workshops and is housed on a beautiful peace of property. I enjoy the Wednesday Candlelight Meditation as a group or 30-40 of us meet to share this mindful experience and are led by the incredible Miranda who always gives a talk that seems to hit home. This place is filled with such love and kindness. Go check it out!
