Details of this retreat

As the seasons shift toward autumn, nature invites us to slow down, restore, and prepare for the months ahead. Join longtime teachers Melina Meza and Baxter Bell for a nourishing weekend at Ratna Ling exploring yoga and Ayurveda as practical pathways to vibrant, healthy aging.
Through accessible yoga practices, guided meditation, and simple Ayurvedic wisdom, you’ll learn how to support strength, balance, digestion, and overall vitality during this seasonal transition. Between sessions, enjoy quiet walks among the redwoods, fresh ocean air, and time to simply pause and reconnect.
You’ll leave with renewed sense of energy, practical tools for your well-being, and a deeper feeling of balance for the season ahead.

Spring retreat
First of all, I’d like to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the retreat! The room had a couple things that could use improvement, mainly in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom, the hot water valve was leaking. And we had a few problems with the shower, retaining hot water.
Other than those couple of items, the food was delicious. The staff was amazing and I definitely will return.
