About This Event
Many are familiar with mindfulness these days, and we have all experienced love in some form. What is less clear is that mindfulness and love are inextricably related and, when followed as a spiritual path, they lead into your heart’s deepest yearnings: awakening and peace.
Through interactive practices and challenging inquiry, this program will focus on the convergence of mindfulness and love in order to broaden and enliven your spiritual path.
To enrich your experience, silence will be encouraged during non-program hours, though it is not required.
The program is geared towards people who have already been introduced to mindfulness and who have seeking minds and open hearts.
Susan gave an enlightening workshop on loving-kindness and mindfulness. I feel more centered and engaged in loving myself and others more fully and mindfully. — Linda Dunn
I had the opportunity to take Dr. Susan Stone’s workshop and was able to gain such insight into myself and understanding of our universal connection in the universe. Being around so many participants who were also involved in their own process of self-discovery was a beautiful thing. Highly recommended! — Tori T.
Susan’s workshop helped us dive deeply into self-discovery. Her own practice shines through. She led us through experiential activities so that we can incorporate mindfulness and love into daily life. — Dorothy “Divya” Sernaker
