The Flavour of Life

About This Event

Yoga and Meditation ╬ San Pedro Ceremonies ╬ Food Exploration ╬ Pachamama

a retreat by Marta Wanderlust and MasterChef winner Aaron Brunet

Join us in the heart of the Andes for a unique and lovingly curated retreat. A week-long joyful appreciation of the Plant Kingdom, as we take different paths to explore plants in their many forms.

Savour the experience of conscious embodiment through daily Yoga and Meditation, led by Marta, whose own learning with Plant Medicines infused her practice with the intuitive ways of touching the very subtle.

Commune with Pachamama while diving into your mind, body & heart in two all-day San Pedro ceremonies. Embrace the opportunity to heal and learn with this Andean Master Plant, guided by an incredible healer in a sacred and safe space.

Enrich and deepen your connection to food in a series of unique sessions led by the MasterChef winner, Aaron Brunet. Awaken your senses to the delight of taste and texture, while rediscovering the powerful ability of plant-based food to improve our lives, and our relationship with nature.

This offering is an invitation to playfulness, joyful exploration of the flavours of life, and an immersion into the plant kingdom. An invitation to savour, nourish, explore and awaken. To find new space within yourself to appreciate the deliciousness of simplicity.
