Retreat Schedule

Friday, October 25th, 2019

Depart SLC at 2PM and arrive to the retreat home approximately 7 PM. Light Dinner will be ready for us when we arrive.
8PM- Welcome orientation and introductions
Free time to enjoy the hot tub, journal, socialize or whatever you wish.

Saturday, October 26th, 2019

9AM- Breakfast and pack lunch for hike in Zion
11AM- Canyon overlook session with Teresa
1PM-5PM- Drop off and pick up at Zion Museum. You will be taking the shuttle in to the park to do the hike of your choice. Angels Landing is the most popular, yet challenging hike and that is at stop 6. Plan on around 3 hours. You may do any hike you wish. You will be given a map at orientation of all the hikes to choose from. Please be back to the Museum at 5 PM for transportation back to the retreat home

730PM- Wellness Workshop with Trisha

Sunday, October 27th, 2019

8AM- Morning yoga with Teresa
9AM -Breakfast
11AM-Wellness Workshop with Meghan
130PM-6PM- Free time to do as you wish. We can take you back into the park if you would like to do another hike in Zion.
630PM- Dinner with Chat Pack game
730PM-Stress reduction introduction with guided Imagery session and optional head massage with Amy

Monday, October 28th, 2019

7AM- Breakfast and pack lunch for Bryce Canyon National Park
8AM-1PM-Bryce Canyon National Park. There is a wonderful loop hike that is approximately 3 miles.
6PM-Arrive back to Salt Lake City
