A HEALING TUSCAN SUMMER YOGA HOLIDAY IN ITALY

About This Event

Our week together in Tuscany will emphisise the sacred and the joyful aspects of life. Alongside deep and transformational yoga practice, meditation, and sound healing we will have playful sessions including laughter yoga, free movement and singing.

The course aims to heal, energise and nourish on many levels including your creativity with optional participation in  sessions such as basket weaving, healthy Tuscan cuisine, making natural soaps and facial creams, baking with fire bread oven, learning how to make your own tinctures.

The region of Tuscany is steeped in history and may want to visit the hot springs or one of the many famous little medieval towns, specially on market day or some of the historical towns such as Siena, Pisa or Florence.

We have a one day outing to the beach to visit the Mediterranean Sea.

On the other hand, you may simply want to ‘chill’ at your Tuscan ‘home’ playing “bocce”, enjoying our pool and the incredible views, reading in the shade or resting in a hammock.

You can also book a massage or a counselling session ( fee not included).

Come and spend a healing week with us reigniting your inspiration, restoring your vitality and recovering your Light. "There is a quiet Light that Shines in every Heart" John O'Donohue
