About This Event

Beth Woolsey is proud to announce her newest retreat theme: {re}Treat Yourself.

The truth is, we all need a chance to rest. A chance for respite. A chance for renewal and time dedicated to self-care and fun. {re}Treat Yourself! As in, treat yourself… then treat yourself again… that’s why these retreats exist.

“Re” = “again?” ReTreat. “Re” = “regarding?” RE:Treat. And, of course, “retreat” = “withdraw from the world because DEAR GOD WE NEED REFUGE for a little while.”

I mean, right? Yes, right.

With {re}Treat Yourself, Beth’s retreat team is combining all the elements participants have loved at past retreats into one cohesive experience.

There will be fantastic fresh food, a welcoming community, a relaxing environment, ample opportunities for both down time and planned activities, and expert guidance in topical sessions about Mindfulness with Heidi Hopkins and Discovering our Inherent Worthiness with Melanie Springer Mock. (There will also quite possibly be naked hot tubbing, questionable language, and stories with WAY too much personal information because Beth Woolsey isn’t very socially appropriate, but they keep letting her come anyway. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) A sample schedule is below.

 

 

Truly everything about the retreat was shocking in how incredible it was. Location, people, food, the balance of sessions and free time, the love and sincerity of everyone there. I would go again in a second and recommend it to anyone.

OUR LOCATION: Waldport, Oregon Coast

GROUP SIZE: 22 participants maximum + staff

INCLUDED: Your retreat includes all group sessions, lodging, meals, beverages, wine, WiFi, linens, activities, and more.

 

 

ACCOMMODATIONS: We will be staying on the Oregon Coast south of Newport at a gorgeous 8-bedroom, 6-bath house with panoramic views. With ocean vistas, comfortable meeting spaces, a media room, expansive decks, library, multiple living spaces, a hot tub and fire pit looking at the Pacific Ocean, and meals prepared for us on-site, paired with wine, these are retreats to remember.

FOOD: All meals from dinner the evening you arrive through breakfast the morning you depart will be provided onsite, including full brunches, snacks available constantly, and delicious dinners. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please let us know when you register.

TRANSPORTATION: Rates do not include transportation to/from the retreat. If you need ground transportation, we can provide information, make arrangements for you, or introduce you to other attendees looking for ride-shares.

Venue Highlights

Cairns Farm is a 9-acre private park and open space offering sanctuary, a place to gather, recreational activities, and educational opportunities in the middle of Oregon’s gorgeous wine country. Located just 15 miles from Portland and easily accessible via Interstate 5, our family-owned farm is the realization of a long-held dream to create an inclusive, welcoming space for all comers. We offer expansive places to picnic, roam, gather, play, learn, and breathe in clean, clear air as you rest in the shade of our Douglas Fir trees and ancient oaks or hang out in our barn shelter or on the decks overlooking the farm. Our 3-acre Wood is open and ready for laser tag and other recreational games, as well.

Cairns Farm is open by private appointment during daylight hours.

Accommodations

On site at Cairns Farm, we offer day retreats and day-use rental space for gatherings of every kind.

      Such a pleasure to {re}TREAT Myself at the Oregon Coast

    Care, friendship, peace, openness, pampering, freedom, acceptance, beauty, perspective, awareness - I got all these things and more during my few days with a remarkable group of ladies that I'm now proud to call friends. There's no pressure to be any particular way, or do any particular thing.This lovely retreat can be whatever you choose to make it.

      The most enjoyable adventure!

    The co-owners and co-leaders of Cairns Farm adventures have a unique ability to ensure the experience is relaxing & joyful. I had never gone on a kayaking overnight trip. They were brilliantly prepared, the food was delicious and the company was warm, supportive and encouraging. I don't believe I would go on adventure like this, without it being a Cairns Farm adventure with amazing women leading it. I am so grateful for this experience!

      A beautifully curated experience

    This trip was so enjoyable, and well planned. As a beginner, I felt comfortable on the river, with their expert instruction. The food was excellent, and the scenery priceless. Highly recommend this trip for anyone needing an escape into nature.
