May is a great time to focus on improving your running form and learning how to prevent injuries, in preparation for your Summer and Fall running seasons.
You will learn effortless, injury free and natural running form, ChiRunning; practice your natural running form during led trail runs (different paces/distances will be provided); practice yoga and Pilates, customized specifically for runners; learn injury prevention, trigger point foam rolling, self myofascial release, and active isolated stretching techniques so you can take care of your body in between your runs, speeding up recovery time and preventing injuries; learn helpful training and racing plan tips from one of the top female elite runners and running coaches in the Bay (contact info blocked) wind down in the evenings with some local Sonoma wine tasting!
