We begin with a yoga class in the morning for a 1h30 duration.

Another yoga class, guided meditation, or cacao ceremony in the late afternoon allows you to go deeper in your self healing journey.

It then can be followed by a flower bath in the garden, where you can integrate and relax, looking up at the sky, and the tall eucalyptus trees surrounding the property.

On your time off, you can explore ancient ruins and a magical river turning into a creek, at a short distant from the healing center.

About This Event

Amaruanka invites you to go deep in your yoga practice while continuing to explore your own self-love, and healing journey. Ceremonial yoga, combined with Sacred Cacao, will help you connect with your heart, and restore balance in all aspects of your life.

In this retreat, you will be guided through hatha yoga, ceremonial yoga, yin-yoga, and meditation with Sacred Cacao. This will allow you to connect with your emotional needs, learn how to respect your body, open your heart with cacao, balance masculine and feminine energy, and get clarity on your path.

This is an asana practice with sound healing, meditation, light bodywork, and invoking the spirit of power animals on your journey of self-love and transformation. The essence of ceremony and cleansing ritual opens and closes the practice, leaving you feeling renewed, connected, and empowered.

A complimentary experience in this retreat, is a guided yoga practice and meditation at Inca ruins, up in the mountains.

Diana Deer Hawk is a passionate yoga teacher, on the path of self-love and living a sacred life. She is trained in hatha yoga, yin yoga, ceremonial yoga, yoga therapeutics, pre and post plant ceremony yoga, adjustments, bodywork and massage, qi-gong, cleansing rituals, and sound healing. She can help you refine your practice, so you can eventually practice on your own.
Matiyu Alku Chaska is a devoted healing facilitator, spiritual teacher, meditation guide, and ceremonial yoga practitioner. He helps you remember and integrate the sacredness of presence, and nature as medicine.

We offer private training, and training for small groups of 2 to 4 participants. We offer personal guidance, and choose to respect the quality of small group benefits.       When you are seeking a deeper freedom.

I am grateful I found Diana Deer Hawk and her work. She has a beautiful touch and her services are truly healing. I came during a week that one of her students that had been there for a month they were working on people in the community. How lucky I feel :) After the first session with both Diana and her student I signed up for 12 more private sessions with Diana. As a healer I know the work that is involved in going deep into traumas and creating transformation Having some one present with her level of gifts has helped me tremendously. I am very grateful and would recommend Diana to anyone that needs transformation. Thank you :)

Grateful for very supportive Cacao ceremony

For my time being around Cusco I was looking for a ceremony that would support me in cultivating self love and finding my way to my heart. Today I arrived at the wonderful Amaruanka healing center, taking a short but beautiful path through nature from the main road that goes through Urubamba in the Sacred Valley of the Inkas. Diana, Matiyu, and their baby girl warmly welcomed me to a private cacao ceremony. I have experience with cacao and dancing, but not so much in a therapeutic session like this. I was really surprised by the depth of the wisdom that they shared with me in the ceremony, which fit exactly to what I needed in this moment. One of those things that really support me in my current process is about welcoming any feeling as a teacher - showing me where I am invited to heal myself. Taking care of myself as being my own parent, instead of looking outward for a solution or escape for the feelings that I find difficult to be with. They remembered me about the power and importance of sitting with my feelings, right when I needed it. We talked about much more and they created all the time and space to do so. They offered a lot of personal care and attention. I feel very grateful for that. Diana and Matiyu are very warm people. With Amaruanka they have created a beautiful space to facilitate healing, transformation and growth. I can highly recommend spending time with them. Muchos gracias!

      Wonderful facilitators, Amazing location

Wauw, what a nourishing place Amaruanka has to offer. I love Diana and Mattieu, the facilitators. They have a broad range of healing skills and are professional in their interaction. The authenticity they offer is powerful. Diana provides amazing massages and massage courses. They brought me close to myself, from where I could heal deeply. I also love the couple/counseling work Diana and Mathieu offer together, and I am sure all their other offerings are great too. Last, but not least, the spaces they have for stay and for doing healing work are gorgeous. Truly sacred with a strong connection to nature in the sacred valley.

Thank you!

We're glad you've joined our retreat community. See you around :)
