A 3 Day Retreat: Breath, Body & Sound
About This Event
Sustained stress, feelings of discontent and increasing speed in the world are some of the strongest indicators that something is amiss. It has never been a more potent time to come together in a supportive, heartfelt community to learn practices to restore our sense of how we can live in attunement with our true nature and the planet, and how we can ride the sometimes turbulent waves of life in a more impeccable way.
Come explore the transformative nature of the breath, meditation, conscious movement and sound healing for an inspiring and restorative retreat weekend. During this retreat you will be introduced to a harmonic process that starts with engaging a gentle deep-breathing technique to open up energy flow followed by sound healing to clear and balance our physical, emotional and mental bodies. This work helps you access the intelligence of the body-mind and establish new patterns and responses in your life. Through breath and vibration we can release chronic holding patterns where energy has become stagnant or stuck. By releasing these blockages, we can flow into more vitality, inspiration, aliveness and bliss in our life. The healing benefits of breathwork and vibration are immediate, self-empowering, limitless and contribute to a happy and balanced life.

I have attended two retreats with Sharon as the co-creator and facilitator. Sharon brings a grounding to every interaction that relaxes and opens the heart. Her ease and grace as a teacher and guide create authentic experiences in each moment. Her presence inspires one to be more and more present in their own awakening. Her added intuition and knowledge in the areas of spoken word and voice expand the mind and the senses, cracking open meditations and manifesting shifting. Her drumming takes one deep in to their own stories, remembering old patterns, and making room for new ones. She is real and does not shy away from her humanity which enabled me to embrace my own.

I have done two retreats with Tracey, one in North Carolina and one in the mountains of Virginia. Both experiences left me simultaneously excited and relaxed. Tracey creates room to breathe - in the environment, in the mind, in the heart, and in the physical body - for each participant. There is a gentle, nurturing energy about her that creates the space to just be. Be present, be still, and be unfolded to the point of your truth. She uses humor to comfort and connect and stories of her own journey to help one release one's own. Each retreat is carefully planned, but as a facilitator, she allows for shifts and changes. She feels in to the energy that each new group creates and honors feedback and cooperation for the experience of all. Slow down and breathe back in to yourself with Tracey as your guide and friend.
