About This Event
3 Day Hoop Dance Retreat located in the southern Oregon coastal mountains. Private 80 acre location with trails, terraced gardens, meadows, and forests that is ideal for nature lovers. Intensive hoop dance workshops in beautiful outdoor environments with professional instruction made accessible for all skill levels. Intimate setting (spaces for up to 22 people) We are creating a supportive environment for both the beginner who wishes to expand their skill and confidence levels and the advanced artist who desires a reconnection with and deepening of their flow. Shared lodgings (or tent camping), meals and instruction all included in price.

ScheduleWe'll begin each day with yoga taught by Kendall Rae Moyer (See Hoop with Kendall on fb) follow that up with a healthy (and delicious!) breakfast then some free time for personal reflection, group interaction or just enjoying the grounds. After that we'll join together for an intensive hoop session led by our lead hoop instructor Michele McCoy (Owner of Autumn Flow), follow that up again with a meal and a break. Afternoons we'll have a second round of hoop intensive workshops- followed again by free time and our evening meal. At night we'll have a free flow session by our fire pit under a canopy of stars.
- Retreat check-in begins at 4pm on Thursday the 27th with our opening circle being held between 6:30-7:00pm. Included in retreat price is lodging for 3 nights, meals (3 Dinners, 3 Bkfst, 2 Lunches), yoga instruction and hoop dance classes.
What's Not IncludedParticipants will need to provide their own transportation to the retreat site. (If selecting the tent camping option you will need to supply your own tent and bedding).
Venue HighlightsPrivate, scenic location with many different outside spaces for exploration and meditation. Comfortable lodgings for restful sleep and lodge for group gatherings and catered meals.
AccommodationsWe offer shared lodgings in one of our dorms (sleeping from 2-6 persons each) with bathroom facilities located either in-room or in the lodge. Participants may also choose to camp in our terraced garden areas (provide own tent and bedding) with bathrooms close-by and all other amenities provided.
