Women's Weekend Shift Retreat
- The highlights are our daily activities: kundalini yoga, meditation, deep connection exercises and bonding with the other guests, elite life coaching with acclaimed author and transformational coach, Brandilyn Tebo, and being fully taken care of with provided accommodations, delicious and healthy plant-based meals, and more! We also offer plant medicine in the form of teas and even a Cacao Ceremony on Saturday night. This is a once in a lifetime experience where you'll get to dabble in various healing modalities such as inner child work, mirror work, deep reflection, breath work and more!

About This Event
At each Shift weekend, a small group of women come together with the intention of diving deeply into themselves to examine more clearly what's going on in their lives, connect to each other and eradicate limiting beliefs so they can live in their fullest potential and better be of service.
It is a weekend to process emotional blocks, heal and forgive the past, release insecurities, shame, guilt, judgement and resentment, overcome indecision, practice true vulnerability, connect to your inner child, transform your relationships and create an inspiring future.
It is a weekend to form lifelong friendships.
It is a weekend to remember who you really are.
It is a weekend to become the change you wish to see in the world.
We work with every participant individually in a group setting. Over the course of the weekend, each participant will experience mindset shifts, breakthroughs in perspective, physical releases of stagnant energy in the body and will gain a new, more empowering view of what is possible for her life.
To facilitate this transformation, we utilize a variety of modalities, including cognitive coaching, breath-work, kundalini yoga, herbal medicine, inner child work, mirror work, creative therapy, holistic healing techniques and guided meditations (no previous experience in any of these techniques is necessary).
It is a weekend for any woman who is ready to step into her greatness, ready to release whatever is suppressing her fullest expression and ready to take a good hard look at what is possible for her and her world.

Venue HighlightsHestia retreat center is surrounded by a flowing creek and 10 private acres of forested land. We offer a beautiful, intentionally-designed space for groups of up to 30 people to rejuvenate and soak in the serenity of nature.
The close proximity of Hestia retreat center to Stewart Mineral Springs Resort and Mount Shasta is ideal for healing. Mount Shasta is regarded as one of the world’s most prominent sacred sites, comparable to the pyramids of Egypt, Stonehenge, and Machu Picchu. The mineral waters found in this special part of Northern California are considered to be some of the most potently healing waters.
AccommodationsThere are several comfortable indoor spaces at Hestia that are perfect for retreats and gatherings. The big A-Frame house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The open layout is perfect for group gathering and offers comfortable shared accommodations for up to 11 people with their own beds. We also have an eco-cabin for 2 people, one 30-foot yurt for movement or additional sleeping quarters, one 22-foot Mongolian yurt for meditation, bodywork and sound healing, and 5 different sized glampsites with real beds for sleeping outdoors in the warmer summer months.
