Day 1: Welcome

Guests are picked up from the Liuting international airport to the accommodation, getting to know the area and following the welcome dinner. Free evening and city walk.

Day 2: Seaside promenade

Morning yoga starts at 8:00 a.m. in the studio. Breakfast at 9:30 a.m. A newly-built plank promenade that meanders along the southern beach for about 40 kilometers, from Tuandao Cape in southwestern Qingdao to Shilaoren Holiday Resort in the eastern part of the city.
This makes it possible to walk from the western part of the city, covering Qingdao Bay, Huiquan Bay, Taiping Bay and come to the end at the Sculpture Road in eastern Qingdao. Beach Number one and Beach Number 2 are the most popular seaside sightseeing pathway in the city. Lunch on the tour and Yin yoga practices in the evening.

Day 3: Old Stone Man beach volleyball

Morning yoga starts at 8:00 a.m. in the studio. Breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Old Stone Man Beach is a two and a half kilometers long strip of the largest and the highest waves in town. It was named after shape of the prominent rock outcropping located just of the shirlaoren peninsula and is said to resemble an old fisherman waiting for his daughter to return from beneath the waves.
Lunch on the tour and dinner served with seafood. Restorative yoga practices in the evening, to soften the muscle and help regulate the flow of energy in the body, as a good recovery in the middle of the itinerary.

Day 4: Green Tea Picking in Laoshan

Morning yoga starts at 8:00 a.m. in the studio. Breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Laoshan is a rare green tea farm in China with it unique feature, the tea leaves are featured by thickness, mellow savor, abundance in nutrition, nurtured by the excellent natural conditions on the mountain, while the liquor is clear and jade green. Lunch on the tour and dinner in the house to complete a beautiful day. Yin yoga practices will be in the evening.

Day 5: Zhanshan Temple

Morning yoga starts at 8:00 a.m. in the studio. Breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Zhanshan Temple is a peaceful place, a place to unwind and take in an ancient culture, as a large Buddhist complex in Qingdao just over the hill from Zhongshan Park. It consists of many halls dedicated to different saints. You can buy or take for free some scent sticks and follow an easy procedure of praying.
Enjoy a Restorative yoga which involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest after a long day trip. Afterward, you will visit the Taidong night market. Taidong night market is always crowded and is one of those places that primarily draw in locals in the know, all kinds of street food, souvenirs, and gadget along the market can be found.

Day 6: Red Island

Morning yoga starts at 8:00 a.m. in the studio. Breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Red Island has become a hot destination in Qingdao suburb. It features the city’s largest scenic area of folk customs. Lunch on the tour and ​Yin yoga practices in the evening.

Day 7: City visit

Visit local museums or gallery before departure. At the end of this week with an unforgettable experience, it is not easy to say goodbyes, especially among an affectionate cohort. Vivian sure that you will reunite at other cities in China soon.

About This Event

Vivian practice Yin yoga since 2008, she attended a 10-day course of Vipassana in Myanmar, Malaysia. She is also an outdoor guide and translator in the arctic and Svalbard Hurtigruten Norway. In addition, Vivian is an aquatic and personal trainer in Molde Swimming Center and Training Center and organising "a bit of China" in the hometown Qingdao, China. She has completed master's in Sport Management in Molde University; as well as four years Physical Education in China.

Three airlines can be chosen from capital city Beijing to Qingdao Liuting airport (PEK to TAO): Eastern Airlines, Air China, Shandong Airlines. Five airlines can be chosen from Shanghai to Qingdao Liuting airport (PVG to TAO): Eastern Airlines, Air China, Shandong Airlines, Lucky Air, Spring Airlines.

By booking an arrival on Monday afternoon and departure on Sunday morning can normally get a good price. However, airport transfers are always available whenever guests arrive and depart.
