About This Event

Our mission is to make authentic and magical Ayahuasca Ceremonies in Brazil accessible to non-locals. We provide preparation, transport, translation and integration. Beautiful settings, good infrastructure and transcending live music are our recipe for unique and unforgettable experiences.

Ayahuasca culture in Brazil is very diverse. Indigenous cultures in Brazil use Ayahuasca since thousands of years. Its ritual use has been adapted by modern Brazilian culture in 1930. It was then, that Raimundo Irineu Serra, the son of an former slave, got introduced to the medicine by native tribes. In his visions he encountered “the queen of the forest” and founded the syncretic Santo Daime religion. Which incorporates elements of Catholicism, African Spiritism and indigenous Shamanism. He thereby laid the groundwork for the vibrant and open minded Ayahuasca culture in modern day Brazil. Today, about a hundred years later, the sacramental use of Ayahuasca has been adapted also by Buddhist, Yogic and Holistic institutions and communities in Brazil.

Ayahuasca ceremonies in Brazil usually take place on weekends and holidays. The participants and facilitators are local Brazilians. The ceremonies are hosted by non profit, religious institutions and spiritual communities. The wide variety of contemporary Ayahuasca culture in Brazil is largely unknown to foreigners and even most Brazilians.

Ayahuasca churches and communities in Brazil do not advertise and rarely have a searchable presence on the web. Finding a great facilitator and setting can be challenging even for Brazilians. The Ayahuasca communities we work with are open-minded and deeply spiritual. The ceremonies take place in beautiful settings, surrounded by nature.

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift. - Albert Einstein

Venue Highlights

There is something very special about this place. Maybe it is the sparkly river that runs by the back of the premises. Or the modest and radiant facilitators, the enchanting and soulful music, the sounds of the surrounding nature or the sizzling bonfire. But most of all the warmhearted community. The ceremony will be accompanied by enchanting live music. Music listening has been consistently used as a method to guide or support therapeutic experiences during the acute effects of psychedelic drugs. Recent findings point to the potential of music to support meaning-making, emotionality, and mental imagery after the administration of psychedelics, and suggest that music plays an important role in facilitating positive clinical outcomes of psychedelic therapy.

      Great Insight Experience

When you are away from your country the most important thing you can ask is security and with Daniel that was granted. Very responsible person that fully protects you in a country he knows so well. Great company totally knowledgeable of the experiences he hosts. Wonderful insight, marvelous experience, great connections and a friendship that will last for a lifetime. Great human. Thank you 🙏

      A safe and amazing experience

I attended one of Daniels 3-day workshops during my travels in Brazil last month, after wanting to experience the plant for a long time. In Brazil its a lot of Aya ceremonies happening, with different styles. What Daniel did was finding a ceremony based on my preference, helped me prepare mentally for the ceremony by providing well researched and scientific information about the plant and its short and long-term effects (even though I've also done my own research, I found this very useful - and I could also discuss my worries with him). The ceremony we attended was in a small and free-minded community outside of Sao Paulo, a place I would never had the chance to find on my own. The setting was very comfortable with a bonfire and amazing live music. None of the other participants or the hosts there spoke english very well, so I felt very safe having Daniel there to translate, and he also made sure that I was feeling comfortable during the ceremony without acting like a babysitter (I was actually a bit afraid that it would feel like that), and I had the full space to have my own experience. I was also brought safely to the ceremony and back the morning after. Daniel is a very kind and down-to-earth guy, that genuinely wants to show people what this medicine is capable of doing. I'm not gonna go into my experience, because its very individual, but it was amazing, and can totally recommend Daniel as a facilitator / guide for anyone that is curious or feels the call to experience this magical plant.

      Gratidão 🙏

All my life, I struggled with low self-esteem and fears, always sought an inner peace that I never had. I read a lot about ayahuasca and I was filled with hope that peace could come from this tea. When I arrived at the ritual I did not like the environment very much and I judged so many people there. After I drank the ayahuasca I spent 4 hours feeling the effects of the tea. I received so many answers, so many teachings, so many visions. A feeling of gratitude for everything reigned in me. I understood the meaning of life is to love. I immediately loved all those people who were there, the trees, the moon, the cats. Everything was perfect and magical. I felt a peace I had never felt in my life. During the next week I floated with happiness. Over time the greater effect passed, but I have grown a lot through this. Today I continue treatment with microdosing and it is fundamental to my psychological and emotional wellbeing.

      Good to wake up

Santos is a dream town in Brazil: you can walk safely at night at the beach and enjoy the cool air. Families and children do the same even by midnight. Then there are the many offers for tourists, Brasiliens from São Paulo and other places. Daniel gave us an excellent science based introduction about the use and working of Ayahuasca. He then brought us personally to a place of meditation where we received the tea and enjoyed the friendly company of Brasiliens and Westerners. We felt very safe and the music was good and stimulating. We both had our spiritual experience and felt new born the next morning. We will come again.

      Daniels introduction to Ayahuasca

Daniel gave me good introduction to the character and different possibilities to use Ayahuasca. I learned that a religious approach is possible, as well as a pure scientific approach. The ceremonial settings may help to concentrate on the experience. Daniel guided me through a session. I took the scientific approach by asking for a solution of a certain personal question and found it. Uwe
