About This Event

In January we flew to Liberia searching for THE place to host our first ever Bija retreat in Costa Rica. When we stumbled upon the natural wonder that is Rio Perdido we knew we had found the perfect setting. Yoga, hot springs, volcanic mud baths, , lush forests and the wake-up bell of howler monkeys – well, you get the idea. No place could possibly be better suited for retreating, practicing and connecting! Join us this fall!

Practice yoga under Costa Rica’s pristine forest canopy, high up in the clouds. This retreat is auspiciously located and the confluence of two converging canyons, where the cool Rio Blanco meets the hot, thermal waters of Rio Perdido,  a sanctuary of well-being and the true embodiment of Costa Rica’s legendary Pura Vida.

Daily yoga and meditation classes are intertwined with guided hikes, spa treatments, thermal river soaks, star gazing and so much more. This is a week of personal indulgence, spiritual replenishment, and heart awakening adventure. Pura Vida is a week of purely, simply, fully living and we cannot wait to share it with you!

      Wonderful Retreat!

LOVED this retreat. We did different practices each day that were all really nice. The meditative hike around Rose Lake and the firepit forgiveness exercise was great too. ALL meals were fantastic!

      Yoga Retreat - Hocking Hills

What an amazing weekend! The Cedar Falls Inn and Spa was a great place to stay. They have cabins, yurts and rooms at the Inn. The restaurant had great food and a good wine list. Lots of hiking in the area and the owners and staff are a pleasure to work with. The Yoga retreat was fantastic!!! Jessica was our instructor and led us through a fabulous weekend of yoga, mediation and discussion. We also had lots of free time to explore the area or hang out in your room under a blanket reading a book. I will definitely be back.

Thank you!

We're glad you've joined our retreat community. See you around :)
