In this Iyengar vinyasa sequence, “jumpings” are given to build stamina, develop quickness and agility, sharpen attention and create lightness. This dynamic, rhythmic and well- rounded vinyasa practice will systematically engage, challenge and penetrate the layers of the body inspiring an expanded and blissful state of awareness.
