Check-in: Thursday PM
Check-out: Sunday PM
Arrival and Opening the Space
You will arrive on Thursday afternoon and be welcomed into Casa Oraya as you would be welcomed into a home. Fresh fruit, dried fruit and herbal tea will be available as you settle in and begin to slow down.
We take time to connect individually with each participant before gathering as a group. We then introduce the intention of the retreat, the ceremonial space, the journey ahead and the different forms of support available throughout the four days.
The Rhythm of the Retreat
Our days follow the rhythm of the group and the ceremonies rather than a rigid timetable.
Over four days, we share three Ayahuasca ceremonies: two daytime ceremonies and one nighttime ceremony. The daytime ceremonies allow the forest, natural light and living world around us to become part of the experience.
Between ceremonies, there is spacious time for rest, contemplation, nature, nourishing vegetarian meals, individual accompaniment and integration. Gluten-free meals are available when requested in advance.
Meditation, breathwork, sharing circles and consciousness workshops support participants in remaining close to their sensations, emotions and bodily responses. Workshops may include body awareness, movement, flowers or self-massage practices.
Optional supportive practices such as cacao, rapé, plant baths or a plant purge may be offered according to individual needs, suitability and consent. Ekaterina may also offer optional massage and individual body-based care during the retreat.
Closing and Integration
On Sunday, we gather for a final sharing and integration circle before gently preparing to return to everyday life. A cacao practice may be offered when appropriate.
The retreat may end, but the integration continues. Participants can remain connected through a group space if the group wishes. Approximately one week after the retreat, Virginie contacts each participant individually for a personal integration check-in.
Please note that this schedule is approximate and may change according to the rhythm of the ceremonies, the group and individual needs.
