  • LODGING. Two nights stay at a tropical waterfront resort in San Diego, CA.
  • FOOD. All meals plus snacks, including a 3 course prix fix menu at the gorgeous on-site restaurant featuring locally sourced California cuisine and a tiered fountain.
  • WELCOME PARTY. A champagne toast and unboxing party where you'll dig into your goodie box that includes an exclusive workbook, vibrator, and other sexual self-care fundamentals.
  • EXPERT-LED WORKSHOPS. Five interactive, play-based, impactful workshops with topics on sexual wellness, communication, body image, boundary setting, and orgasm.
  • GROUP ACTIVITIES. Fourteen intimate small group activities including sexuality-centered meditations, body-positive crafting, private beach yoga, and other experiences rooted in personal reflection and self-celebration.
  • SEX COACHING. Three private one-on-one sessions, which will take place in a tropical secluded gazebo and a tropical beach cabana, to solidify your sexual wellness goals and set you up for success.
  • PLAY. Access to the resort pool, hot tub, duck pond, lush greens, private beach with comfy oversized beach cabanas, and rescue harbor seal sanctuary, plus a cruise on the bay with dancing and live music.
  • GROUND TRANSPORTATION. Round trip transfers to the resort from San Diego International Airport to make your weekend as easy as possible.


All activities take place in our private and comfortable retreat suite unless otherwise noted.

About This Event

Hosting by the world's only expert with three degrees in human sexuality and taking place over three days at a tropical waterfront resort in sunny San Diego, California, this retreat is for women who know that sexual self-care is critically important, but for whatever reason, still aren’t practicing it.
