About This Event

Yoga and earth wisdom practices.

Listen to wild and raw nature. And listen too, to your inner nature, your true nature, your heart and your body. Attend to a deeper truth. Be of service by being a part of healing the original wound, our separation from the land.

Stop, be still, listen. Slow down.

This yoga retreat is about awakening and embodiment. Work with your barriers and converse about what feels important and what matters.

Satya is such a special individual and it's an honor to have any time at all in her presence. You pretty much feel like you've "gone to the moon." I can't recommend this retreat highly enough for anyone wanting to s-l-o-w and move more inward.

Wonderful retreat with Satya Aune in Manitou Springs, CO!

I had never been to one of Satya's retreats and had never been to Manitou Springs, CO. What a beautiful surprise the whole experience was! The Sun Mountain Center was like staying at a beautifully restored victorian era mansion; beautiful and spacious rooms, and very quiet. I'm a foodie, and I can say that the daily chef-prepared meals were incredible. I enjoyed eating in a community settings with the other retreat participants and Satya was a gentle, loving presence throughout the weekend. Satya offered daily yoga practices ranging from more active practices to restorative stretching in the evening. Three things that stood out to me were Satya's deep wisdom, beautiful chanting and incredible hands-on assists. I highly recommend attending a retreat with Satya!

Thank you!

We're glad you've joined our retreat community. See you around :)
