Menu/Cuisine

Pride in Panamanian cuisine drives the creative and sustainable dining options at Isla Palenque. In this remote location, a strong partnership with the local community and a dedication to quality and authenticity ensure a delicious and memorable dining experience at the lodge’s beachfront restaurant. Ingredients are sourced from the on-site organic farm or the nearby seas whenever possible, prizing the flavors of Panama’s coastal ecosystem. Enjoy a picnic on the beach or a rum tasting at sundown, or learn new techniques in a cooking class.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Because I sometimes work up to 16 hours a day, and need time to stop and breathe. Mary
