About This Event

In this 7-day mindful retreat, we come together to explore mindfulness and release ourselves from our daily routines and hectic rhythms.

During the Mindful Week retreat, participants will have the chance to enjoy yoga and meditation practices, mindful eating and holistic workout sessions.

The retreat will be led by famous experts. Sharon Hill will lead the yoga practices. She has been practicing Yoga in New York/Tel Aviv/India since 2005, and is accredited by the International Yoga Alliance, USA. Christina Kostara, MD, is a nutritionist and will be in charge of the mindful Mediterranean eating sessions. Marianne Chrysikakou, certified by multiple international educational institutions as Macrobiotic expert, will perform the holistic workout sessions.

Directions

The Almyra Hotel is closest to Paphos International Airport (30 minutes drive). However, it is advised to choose Larnaca International Airport, as flight tickets with destination Larnaca are often less expensive. Nevertheless, the airport of Larnaca is 1,5 hours away from the retreat venue.
