About This Event

In this digital age, our smartphone has become an extension of our hands and social media is taking away a large part of our day. Beyond affecting our sleep, our focus, and our creativity, our devices have a long term impact on our personalities and well-being. How can we know our true selves, develop self love and feel supported to make our own choices if we are being constantly conditioned by such addictive technology?

Join our Log Out & Tune In retreat, organized at BeingSattvaa in Ubud, Bali, and enjoy a deep relaxing, perspective shifting, deeply mindful experience. In the luxurious Balinese rainforest, every morning, you will dive into the digital detox program: "Log out, Tune in, Reset", taught by our fonder Leslie Coutterand. She will help you disconnect and reconnect to your true self and your values. Then, you will deepen your breakthroughs with ancient wisdom and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, taught by Subba, the co-founder of BeingSattva resort and the mindfulness program Being.

The rest of the retreat will be filled with nature bathing, ceremonies, paddy walks, meditation, breathing exercices, sharing circles... to reconnect, with Love, to others and nature. We believe inner peace and Love are the key ingredients for a meaningful and mindful life, and it starts right here: Behind our screens...

THIS IS A DIGITAL DETOX RETREAT. WE INVITE ALL PARTICIPANTS TO DISCONNECT AND LEAVE THEIR ELECTRONIC DEVICES IN A SEALED BAG*.

We initially booked this place for 4 nights and planned to visit other parts of Bali. But we fell in love with this place and decided to stay all 10 nights of our visit to Bali at BeingSattvaa. The place itself offered us a great sense of relaxation

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

To reconnect with my inner self, found ground through the movement of my body and breath. Awake. Jane
