This is the most amazing schedule we have ever put together for a chance to meet yourself in a safe and lush environment, to find connection within yourself and amongst the forest jungles of Guatemala in a intimate setting located on one of the earth's most powerful energetic centers.  Offering 3 organic vegan meals a day grown onsite from our 100+ species of edible plants, herbs and trees, with over 200+ fruit trees planted on our sanctuary grounds.

Check out (contact info blocked) to learn more about our wholistic healing and reteat sanctuary.

Located directly in between three volcanos; Atitlan, Toliman, and San Pedro this energetic hotspot is a powerful and transformational land to ground and expand your energetic feild.

Our sanctuary and retreat center are nestled at the base of San Pedro Volcano tucked into a beautiful rock face cove with lake access and a dock on the property. The Peaceful Valley is truly a dream destination with heaps of abundance pouring from the land in the form of fruits and a very large variety of vegetables all organically grown in the rich volcanic soil. The property is quite spacious and has a 250 meter bird's eye view of Santiago from the peak of the property!

In this retreat we will focus on deep personal cleansing, growth, and physical healing. We have gone through many hours of planning and years of service to create this retreat, it is all done with the highest intention of all and is synchronized with the moon phases. We also use the chakra system in this course to help explain the connections between our thoughts and the energetic blockages/physical disease's that we experience as humans.

(Shared accommodations only. We have four 5 meter Luna Bell tents w/single beds and decorated to boho perfection! Very warm, safe, and homey. Very large tents, lots of space. Request if you want a Female or Male only tent, if not you will be place in a co-ed tent in order of registration)

Direct shuttles from the airport to The Peaceful Valley for $110 (includes boat ride)

Google search Santiago Shuttle and choose the "from Guatemala city to The Peaceful Valley" tab on the home page to reserve a direct private shuttle.

If you want to deepen your Yogic practice or have ever felt called to working with sacred plants, this is truly a chance to be held and well taken care of in a safe and thriving environment surrounded with love and professionals who have worked with plant medicines for over 33 years of combined experience.

Menu/Cuisine

There are 3 main vegan food options durring our visits, all come with 3 meals a day. The first option is raw vegan, the second option is Dr. Sebi Vegan Diet, the third option is our normal daily farm vegan diet (they all are beyond epic!!!). Typical daily meal schedule will look something close to:
9:15 breakfast: banana and strawberry smoothie bowl with fresh berries, dragonfruit, goji berry, raw cacao, coconut milk, vanilla, agave nectar, medjool dates, lots of love, and sliced bananas. (Most morning breakfasts will look this way)

1pm lunch: (lunch will vary more often than breakfast) Giant super greens salad with kale, arugula, lettuce. amaranth greens, green onions, mushrooms, pine nuts, pistachios, black berries, strawberries, avocado, olive oil nutritional yeast, salt, peper, balsamic vinaigrette or liquid aminos, agave nectar or date sugar, lemon juice,

Some days we do cooked meals for lunch depending on the over all energy of the group... some days we want to eat more, some days we want to eat less... we listen to our bodies and each other to help guide us as to how dense the next meal for us will be :) the meals here are absolutely ridiculously delicious and everyone will always feel satisfied after there meal.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My inspiration is a desire to gain a deeper connection to and understanding of myself, something that I've been working hard on for so long and will continue to do in the future. I view a retreat as a wonderful way to focus entirely on this without the distractions of every day life! Nicola
