4-5p. Check-in for Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls Guests
5:30 pm Orientation, greeting and gentle yoga in
The Gathering Place (adjacent to the restaurant).
Wear yoga attire, there will be a brief break
before dinner.
7:45p Dinner in Kindred Spirits

Saturday
8a Morning practice - The Gathering Place

11a Group hike/walking meditation

About This Event

NOTE: Lodging is booked separately

Optional (discounted) retreat lodging and meal packages available through the Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls. Lodging balance will be billed separately by The Inn. Lodging options include, Inn Rooms, Cottages, Yurts and Cabins may be available for larger parties (3-5), prices vary.

Retreat participants are also welcome to join the retreat without staying at the Inn – day guests receive all retreat inclusions and may opt for à la carte meals and spa treatments on site.

      Wonderful Retreat!

    LOVED this retreat. We did different practices each day that were all really nice. The meditative hike around Rose Lake and the firepit forgiveness exercise was great too. ALL meals were fantastic!

      Yoga Retreat - Hocking Hills

    What an amazing weekend! The Cedar Falls Inn and Spa was a great place to stay. They have cabins, yurts and rooms at the Inn. The restaurant had great food and a good wine list. Lots of hiking in the area and the owners and staff are a pleasure to work with. The Yoga retreat was fantastic!!! Jessica was our instructor and led us through a fabulous weekend of yoga, mediation and discussion. We also had lots of free time to explore the area or hang out in your room under a blanket reading a book. I will definitely be back.
