  • Our February 300 hour program is a special one, in which you get intense knowledge about yoga, Ayurveda ,Pranayama, Yog Nidra, Mudras, Bandhas, Kriyas and different types of meditation techniques. Also sessions like Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers, Alignment and Adjustment, Anatomy, Teaching Methodology etc also incorporated in this program.
  • In addition to all of the above, you will get to know the basics of Kalari, which is a traditional martial art of Kerala. Kalari is the base for all the traditional Marmma treatments.

About This Event

Adishakti Yogashala offers 300 hour yoga teacher training in Varkala,Kerala. Our courses are certified by Yoga Alliance. Adishakti Yogashala serves to furnish their candidates with a comprehension of traditional Hatha Yoga rehearse & additionally sharing their lessons of theory and yoga reasoning from fundamental to advance levels.

We expect our 300 hour yoga ttc Varkala understudies to maintain most extreme nobility and modesty while they learn at Adishakti Yogashala. Peaceful homestay retreat with a beautiful family I spent ten days at Pachamama on an ayurvedic retreat with a group of friends - the family are so welcoming, accommodating & nurturing throughout the whole process. Yoga/pranayama classes with Manoj's were a lovely way to start & finish each day - Manoj is a fount of wisdom & so keen to share his knowledge. His brother Ghitu is an incredible ayurvedic cook & I've never eaten such delicious, wholesome, healthy foods! Ghitu's beautiful wife Raji is an incredible therapist, who looked after me in treatment each day - I felt so nurtured & relaxed. Arun & the other therapists were a great team looking after our group (and treating all the tropical maladies that pop up on such trips - bites and scrapes) I can't recommend a stay with the family more - the rooms each have an en-suite, ceiling fan & little balcony to look out into the garden of coconut & banana trees (fresh produce featuring in your meals). The homestay is less than 10 min walk to the beach, cafes & shops & there is a resort nearby where you can pay to use the pool.

We have eight double rooms in our property. All the rooms have private toilets and balcony.
