About This Event

Our retreat offers a daily program of yoga and meditation and includes a variety of workshops on Ayurveda, mindfulness, and cooking, encouraging healthy living on all levels. You will receive a tailored health plan adapted to your lifestyle for you to continue with once you leave, a personalised yoga session working with where you are at and whatever physical needs you may have, and basic yoga and meditation skills that can be easily integrated into your own practice and daily life. There will be plenty of down time for you to spend relaxing, sight-seeing or if you are a busy career person we have great internet access for you to work from the comfort of your accommodation, the choice is yours.
