About This Event
An exclusive masterclass experience for 10 women only. Part leadership training. Part yoga retreat. All blissful getaway on the luminous island of Ibiza. Our days will be divided between formal leadership teachings and yoga practice. You will stay in a gorgeous villa on the island of Ibiza and get to experience the other side of the infamous island, enacting its healing properties as the third most magnetic place on earth.
In various cultures throughout history, the Queen Bee has come to symbolize female power. She is a goddess and sorceress who is aware of her own innate ability to weave abundance and, at the same time, is holding the golden string of interdependence with her powerful sisters. In academic circles, early research conducted in the 1970s put forth the notion that when women rise to the top of the leadership ladder, they will not help other women and will instead work to push them down. This theory was accepted for a long time among leadership scholars and in various types of organizational settings. It creeped into our subconscious understanding of female leadership.
We now know this theory to be false.
Recent in-depth research from all over the world - much of it conducted by women themselves - has disproven this early theory and has instead shown that women do intentionally support one another through community when they reach positions of power. In fact, not only do women support other women but they create healing ecosystems of support whenever given the chance.
Queen Bee Retreats is a unique blend of leadership training based on current top research in the field and the spiritual integration of that wisdom through yoga. Our offering is based on the idea that women are here to heal each other and we are built for community. We believe that beauty is a virtue and we organize our curated leadership yoga retreats in places that inspire us. All groups are small with individualized attention and we carefully select participants to ensure optimal group synergy and abundance.
The magic is in the alchemy we create together.
We are here to heal each other.

Food is a language. Josefina’s passion for cooking was born in her grandmother’s kitchen in Argentina, where she learned the language of aromas, flavours and being of service. Josefina’s nomadic spirit brought her to travel and train with top chefs around the world, including Albert Adriá, Pedro Subijana and Martín Berazategui. It is in the European kitchens of these master chefs where Josefina perfected her signature style, defined by fresh local produce, the colours of the seasons and a fusion of international flavours.
