About This Event

This workshop will be packed with healthy food, gentle exercise, and body code sessions to help you release trapped emotions, and clear your subconscious of negative thought patterns that are stopping you from achieving your goals. This is a chance to spend some serious me-time and work through any issues that you may not have the time in daily life to deal with.
