Water Blissing Yoga Retreat and Sacred Pilgrimage Guatemala

Event Highlights

  • During these wholesome weeks co-created by One Spirit and Yoganic Garden Atitlan, we will sit in ceremony, give our blessings in gratitude for the water element, connect with our selves, surrender to nature and let the breath be our guide. We will be in sacred silence for two days in order to dive deep within.
  • As a part of the ritual nature of the program, we will hold space for three water rituals during our time at the Atitlan Lake:
  • - HIKE AND BATHING AT TZUNUNA WATERFALLS
  • - LAKE OFFERING
  • - WATER BLESSING SONG PRAYER
  • Optional temazcal or chanting ceremonies may be offered.
  • The ritual yoga retreat at the lake will be followed by a one-week visioning journey along the waters and sacred sites of Guatemala, visiting both the highlands as well as the lower jungle areas where many of the Maya temples are situated. We finish our two-week ceremonial immersion in the comfort of Antigua Guatemala, in a sound ritual at the Capuchinas convent.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Recenter, Rebalance, Renew..... I cannot provide nurture and wisdom to the people I love without the opportunity to fill up my own cup. Diane
