About This Event

On the magical island of Bali, every breath is sacred, every moment can be breathtaking. We wake with the sun, we merge with the sounds of nature, we immerse ourselves in the ancient teachings of Yoga to reveal the wisdom that lies within. Meditate on the elements of coast and volcano as you allow the natural flow to re-synchronize your spirit to the rhythms of this wild earth.

In this 300 hour Yoga teacher training, you will benefit from the raw and beautiful presence of Bali’s stunning coastline to inspire and clarify your vision. Facilitating the deep transformational journey of this advanced training are Jiya, Randi and Cher, truly inspirational teachers and powerful role models, who offer a rich combination of experience in therapeutic style yoga, shamanic practice, Bhakti yoga and creative expression.

Bali is filled with incredible nature, art and exquisite beauty. Spirituality is inherently infused into the unique culture, with a strong Balinese community spirit. Every aspect of this life involves some sort of prayer, worship or offering to the gods, as an expression of the heart. This reverent setting with such stunning natural surroundings stirs the spirit within and provides a perfectly secluded haven for our inner exploration.

We will practice and learn beachside, in the open air, in the shadow of the mighty Mt Agung. With the sound of the soft ocean waves just steps away, the expanse of the Indian Ocean will ever be at your aid for contemplation and releasing what no longer serves. We will draw constantly from the sacred Balinese culture and the elements of the Earth to help us in our process of self discovery, connection and truth.

Dive into the depths of your practice and give yourself to the daily ceremony of Balinese living. Learn the fine-tuning of a therapeutic approach to yogic living as you build a relationship of reciprocity with the nature that holds you. Understand the deep whispers that move you and unveil the truth of who you are.

We are the ones we've been waiting for.

Accommodations

Shanti Agung is hidden gem, a home away from home, on the edge of a rice field in a traditional fishing village near Candidasa, Pantai Jasri. Nestled on the quiet Eastern coast of tropical Bali under the shadow of Mount Agung, it offers two teaching spaces including a beachside teaching deck, simple, traditional Balinese villa accommodation, a pool, massage area and an enticing ‘hangout area’.

This place will take you dreamily back to the Bali of 20 years ago, a contrast among the now busy life around Bali’s centres. Our caring hosts, Mr and Mrs Komang, welcome us in typical warm Balinese style, with delicious plant-based homestyle Balinese food and personal attention. Life here invites you to rise to the song of the birds, walk the surrounding area, watch the waves and lose yourself in amazing sunrises. The elegant simplicity gives a feeling of both being away and coming home, an oasis of serenity, a sanctuary for the body, heart and mind.

Pantai Jasri is a small fishing village with surf, ceremony, a chocolate factory and lots of old-style traditional charm, approximately 1.5 hours from the airport (please let us know if you would like us to arrange airport pickup at a cost of around $50USD). Accommodation is simple and twin-shared, with the option to upgrade to a private villa (400m walk) and the village is steeped in the charm of simple islander life and ceremonies to the Divine Gods. Days off can be spent exploring the surrounding areas, including a white sand beach, ujung waterhole, agung mountain, kings palace, cacao chocolate factory, Turtle bay hideaway and Tenganan (traditional craft village). The elegant simplicity of the cottages gives a feeling of both being away and coming home. This intimate resort offers an oasis of serenity, a sanctuary for the body, heart and mind.
