  • Friday
  • Arrive to Amy’s home between 130PM-2PM. A light lunch will be provided. Depart Amy’s home at approximately 2PM and arrive to the retreat home approximately 7 PM.
  • A light dinner will be ready for us when we arrive.
  • 830PM- Welcome orientation and introductions followed by free time to enjoy the hot tub, journal, socialize or whatever you wish.

  • 8AM- Morning yoga with Teresa
  • 9AM -Breakfast
  • 9AM-7PM- Open massage times with Rebecca, LMT
  • 11AM-Wellness Workshop
  • 1230PM-Lunch
  • 130PM-6PM- Free time to do as you wish. We can take you into the park for a hike of your choice
  • 630PM- Dinner with Chat Pack game
  • 730PM-Stress reduction introduction with guided imagery session and optional head massage
  • Sunday
  • 9AM- Breakfast and pack lunch for hike in Zion
  • 11AM- Canyon overlook session with Teresa
  • 1PM-5PM- Drop off and pick up at Zion Museum. You will be taking the shuttle in to the park to do the hike of your choice. Angels Landing is the most popular, yet challenging hike and that is at stop 6. Plan on around 3 hours round-trip if you choose to do this hike. You may do any hike you wish. If you choose to do the Narrows, make sure you bring water shoes and a hiking pole. You will be given a map at orientation of all the hikes to choose from. Please be back to the Museum at 5 PM for transportation back to the retreat home

  • 7AM- Breakfast and pack lunch for Bryce Canyon National Park
  • 9AM-1PM-Bryce Canyon National Park. There is a wonderful loop hike that is approximately 3 miles.
  • 6PM-Arrive back to Salt Lake City
  • Please Note--Everything listed in the schedule is completely optional. This retreat is aimed to give you the opportunity to rest, relax and reset! If you choose to not join us for anything listed in the schedule, that is completely your choice. No pressure to do anything if you would rather rest.
  • Spots are very limited on this retreat. We keep our retreats small and intimate and therefore will be limiting the retreat to only 10-12 retreat participants.

Wellness seminar taught by a Registered Nurse on the topic of sleep hygiene

Mindfulness Meditation and Guided Imagery sessions taught by licensed wellness professionals
