We are happy to welcome Nirlipta Tuli back in Amsterdam! He will be offering a weekend intensive that consists of a 1-day workshop 'Yoga Nidra for Self-Care' and a 1-day workshop 'Hypnotic Language for Yoga Nidra'. You can book single days, or immerse in his teachings and book both events as a weekend intensive for the package price.

Rest, Resist, Restore: An Antidote Against Burnout, with Total Yoga Nidra

Enjoy a sumptuous and gorgeous weekend of being pampered with Total Yoga Nidra, which is so much more than just deeply soothing, satisfying guided restfulness. It is that too and works on many levels, in many ways. All you have to do, is to lie down, snuggle up, listen- and drift off into a world of peaceful, profound inner experience. There will be an ample sufficiency of nidra practices experienced during the weekend that a sense of deep rest, healing, spaciousness, even an expanded non-ordinary state of reality, can be felt, so that participants can feel renewed and revived all the way through by the time the last practice is delivered.

Rest- to overcome stress, burnout and the exhaustion of modern life.

Resist- for a little while, the coercions to do a little bit more than you know is prudent for you to do, to take on more than is wise, to fret and worry about too much to do and not enough time to do it in; in short, modern life in this day and age.

Restore- yourself in so many ways, on so many levels, reintegrating the best of you with yourself, happily, so that your original open face can be seen again.

What you will learn:

An introduction to self-hypnosis

How to do yoga nidra for yourself  - the introductory techniques of 'auto-nidra' -learning the basics of how to administer yoga nidra to oneself. For example how to do your own settling, your own rotation of consciousness, and the first steps of how to give yourself full yoga nidra
