The start of the Gorge Walk begins with a 45ft abseil down into one of the best gorges in the UK, you will be guaranteed to push yourself and have a great time all at once. Return back to the bunkhouse to warm up and enjoy lunch. The afternoon is very chilled and we start with a 1 hour Yoga session (this is tailored to the groups needs, so no experience is necessary). After some cake, our friend Jen will be there to deliver Happiness Training session. This is a new concept which is interactive and fun and takes you processes to make sure you get the most out of situations and ensure Happiness is key. Tonight if the weather allows, we will have a BBQ feast & Prosecco, if not it will be an indoor feast instead!
Day 3 start the day with a delicious breakfast, before heading over to Nidderdale Llamas for a 3 hour Llama trekking experience. You will be sharing a Llama between 2 and heading out for a leisurely stroll through the Nidderdale countryside. From here it will be time to depart.
