We’ll spend 7 glorious days dancing, moving, discovering and cleansing. Step into a conscious community of embodied soul brothers and sisters to release, renew and replenish body, self and soul.
At this weeklong retreat, you’ll come home to living in and enjoying your body like never before. This will be a reference point for the rest of your life as you make the choice to become more radiant with each passing year instead of buying into myths about aging. We’ll be at the gorgeous ocean front boutique resort Present Moment Retreat here you’ll be wooed by the roar of the waves, the warm breeze, the tropical nature and the care of the devoted team of healers and staff.
Feeding ourselves can be a spiritual practice and consciousness raising path. Whether you are new to cleansing or an experienced cleanser, this retreat will be a memorable awakening on all levels. Our daily community dance & movement explorations will complement your cleansing journey to a healthier more vital you and the support of conscious community will amplify the gifts and blessings that await.
