About This Event

Join Arielle, Patrick and Jammella for a 6 day 5 night adventure retreat. Guided cross country/singletrack rides explore the local vibes in the irie hills and beaches outside Negril, Jamaica. Morning and evening yoga sessions to “ready head” for your ride and to restore and chill afterwards. Mountain bike flow, vinyasa flow - take your pick or do both. Yogis who don’t ride can extend their yoga practice, explore the local Jamaican culture through other adventures, or dive deep into the meditative space cultivated by the sea lapping at your feet and the soft ocean breeze on your skin.
