Theme: โ€œFinding Joy in Stillnessโ€ - Most people donโ€™t know how to slow down. How to meditate or be still. This trip is about learning how to find inner peace within oneself through guidance and mediation. Through our active meditations, we will guide you through inner work, shadows and the tools you will need to find peace within.

What to expect?
The first three days we will be bonding and staying at the beautiful retreat house to go inward through meditation, workshops, personal reflection and fun group activities. The last two days, we will be taking you on an outward celebration to explore the beauty that Costa Rica holds. You will learn how to make organic vegan meals! You will leave feeling like a โ€œfamilyโ€ on this retreat. You can choose which meals you would like to learn how to create, while others can choose a workshop. You'll practice daily meditations, learn from skilled professionals on breath work, kundalini, reiki, yoga and mindfulness. You'll leave feeling abundant, blessed and rejuvenated.

What are Osho Active Meditations? What should I expect?

Kundalini Meditation - This meditation is about being completely TOTAL. There are 4 stages in this meditation that will take an hour long. The first two stages are easy movement and the last two stages are being still. Blind fold optional to not be distracted.
Totality doorway. A way you can experience how the doer disappears and doing is happening.

There is no shaker only shaking. The shaker disappears only shaking.
Dancer- You dance with totality and the dancer disappears there is only dancing.

First stage:
The first 15 minutes let your body shake and vibrate shaking the body means letting the energy to melt wherever the energy is repressed. Let the energy flow where it is blocked.
If you allow your body to shake rightly for 15 min then all the repressed energy will begin to manifest and flow

Second Stage:
dancing means the energy that is now spread everywhere gets transformed into bliss. Dance as if you are celebrating as if something tremendous just happened. Dance with joy because the more blissful you are the more the energy moves upward. the more the energy moves award the more blissful you become. You need to dance like a madman. With passion. with totality. Suppose you were intoxicated. how would you dance?

Third Stage:
You can sit or stand. Watching or waiting with awareness.
Fourth Stage:
Laying down in stillness

The mind and the body are connected. A lot of people think the mind runs the body and the body is just there to hold the mind. However, survival depends on the way we move.

Dynamic Meditation - This meditation is one of the most life changing meditations of our generations. Hereโ€™s what you need to know and what youโ€™ll want to prepare yourself for. Blind fold optional to not be distracted.
This meditation is 1 hour. Broken up in 5 stages.
Itโ€™s best not to eat before hand as it is an active meditation. So we will be doing this mediation early in the mornings. You will be moving and expressing your emotions. You may want to bring a mat or pillow

First Stage
Chaotic Breath - Breathing chaotically through the nose, let breathing be intense, deep, fast, without rhythm, with no pattern โ€“ and concentrating always on the exhalation. The body will take care of the inhalation. The breath should move deeply into the lungs. Do this as fast and as hard as you possibly can until you literally become the breathing. Use your natural body movements to help you to build up your energy.

Second Stage
- Cathartic Release - EXPLODE! Let go of everything that needs to be thrown out. Follow your body. Give your body freedom to express whatever is there. Go totally mad. Scream, shout, cry, jump, kick, shake, dance, sing, laugh; throw yourself around. Hold nothing back; keep your whole body moving. A little acting often helps to get you started. Never allow your mind to interfere with what is happening. Consciously go mad. Be total.

Third Stage
- With arms raised high above your head, jump up and down shouting the mantra, โ€œHoo! Hoo! Hoo!โ€ as deeply as possible. Each time you land, on the flats of your feet, let the sound hammer deep into your body. Give all you have; exhaust yourself completely.

Fourth Stage
- STOP! Freeze wherever you are, in whatever position you find yourself. Donโ€™t arrange the body in any way. A cough, a movement, anything will dissipate the energy flow and the effort will be lost. Be a witness to everything that is happening to you.

Fifth Stage
- Stay still or celebrate! With music and dance express whatsoever is there. Carry your aliveness with you throughout the day. We will have sound healing during this time.
