Sitzmeditation mit Achtsamkeit auf den Atem, die Körperempfindungen, Gedanken und Gefühle

Achtsame Körperwahrnehmung im Dialog

Kennenlernen und vertiefen der 6 Meditationsinstruktionen zum Einsichtsdialog

Anwendung des Einsichtsdialoges im Alltag

Kontemplationen zu verschiedenen Lebensbereichen

Erfahrungsaustausch und Reflexion in der Gruppe

Begleitende, regelmäßige Übungspraxis zuhause

Tag des Dialoges

Kurze Impulsvorträge zu Schwerpunktthemen wie Achtsamkeit in der Kommunikation und andere

In weekly two-and-a-half to three-hour sessions, we practice the core elements of the insight dialogue together for six evenings:

Sitting meditation with mindfulness of the breath, body sensations, thoughts and feelings

Mindful body awareness in dialogue

Get to know and deepen the 6 meditation instructions for the insight dialogue

Use of the insight dialogue in everyday life

Contemplations on different areas of life

Exchange of experiences and reflection in the group

Accompanying, regular practice at home

Dialogue Day

Short keynote speeches on key topics such as mindfulness in communication and others
