About This Event

Join us for a deep, intimate and transformative 7-day retreat on the gorgeous island of Koh Phangan, Thailand!

We will be exploring the source of what keeps us stuck in loops unworthiness, anxiety, frustration and hopelessness with The Work of Byron Katie.

Rather than trying to be happy, loving and forgiving, we begin by welcoming ourselves as we are when faced with challenging situations and limiting beliefs. As we wake up to our programming and underlying narratives, we come to understand our reactions and are able to examine any thought or emotion without resistance.

Join us to illuminate your internal world, meet all parts of yourself with loving awareness, and find a path forward in peace through inquiring into what you believe keeps you stuck.

"Peace doesn't require two people; it requires only one. It has to be you." - Byron Katie

You want to fly into either Phuket or Bangkok. From there you have a couple of options depending on how much money you want to spend.
If you fly into Phuket, you can get to the island (Koh Phangan) via Lompraya by bus and boat. Or you can fly via Bangkok Airways to Koh Samui. Koh Samui is a 30 min boat ride from Koh Phangan. When you take a ferry from Koh Samui you want to come to the Thong Sala pier.
If you fly into Bangkok, you can then catch a domestic flight to either Surat Thani (the cheaper option) or Koh Samui. If you want to fly to Koh Samui, Bangkok Airways or Thai Airways are the airlines that fly into Koh Samui. Koh Samui is then 30 min ferry ride to Koh Phangan. When you take a ferry from Koh Samui you want to come to the Thong Sala pier. If you want the cheaper airline that flies to Surat Thani from Sukabumi Airport (BKK), you can get a flight to Surat Thani on Thai Smile.
If you want the cheaper flight to Surat Thani, you may need to change airports to Don Mueang (DMK). There is a free shuttle service that runs from 5 am to midnight. The airlines you want to use from DMK airport are Air Asia or Nok Air. If you book with these airlines make sure to take care of your checked baggage when you book. You can get up to 40 kilos and for a good price. When you book through Air Asia or Nok Air you can get a joint flight/bus/boat ticket all the way to the island. Surat Thani is about 1 hr away from the pier and then it is a 2.5 hr ferry ride from the mainland to Koh Phangan.
