About This Event

This is an invitation to be part of one of the most transformative and expanding experiences of consciousness that exists in our time. A journey towards the origins of human ancestral memory and our cosmic origin.

Chavin is a mystery. Very few things are known about Chavin. One of the few things that is known is that, in this ancient place, the Chavinos practiced rituals with different master or power plants. How would they use these plants? For what purposes? What was the link between the temple and the plants? Who were the chavinos? What was their legacy?

Theories based on archaeological and anthropological studies on the beginning and end of Chavín leave many loose ends yet to be tied. But the research route on Chavín that is presented to us today, starts from the ritual use of the Wachuma (Pachanoi trichocereus), linked to the discovery of our own senses and consciousness. Exquisite research path that starts from the constant present.

Elder Cecilia, Sacred Guardian of the Temple will be our host and guide during this retreat.

Let us share with you this learning about Chavin and ourselves.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

I teach yoga part time and am a mom of two toddlers full time. I love my life, but goodness do I need a break. My husband and I have been putting off our wedding ceremony for 4 years because life has gotten in the way. We haven't had a single night alone since our family has grown. I wouldn't change a thing about our lives now, but it would be so wonderful to remember what it's like to 'just be us.' Antrim
