The 300 Hours meditation course is well-structured open for all levels of students. This course starts with beginner practice to medium and hard level. In the course, we teach 45+ Meditation Techniques and a Hundred ways to learn meditation.

Venue Highlights

Tapovan Rishikesh is located far from hectic areas. During the course, you will be invited to partake in our spiritual retreats. You will have the opportunity to participate in the old Indian temple and traditional village visits, as well as joining a trekking tour and an outdoor meditation session immersed in nature.
