Align Your Story: Integrating Mind Body and Spirit through meditation, yoga, and writing
About This Event
Do you ever feel that you're not living in a fully aligned way, that you can't access your full equanimity or energy because you're divided in some way from yourself?
We all have ways in which we become out of synch with ourselves and with our own story--both our outer story and our inner story. And those places that are out of synch, get in our way, drain our energy, and make us both emotionally and physically weakened.
Start 2021 by readjusting, coming back to center and reclaiming your fuller self.
Whether you're suffering from a loss that needs extra attention and healing; whether it's time to go back and do a deeper level of healing from childhood wounding; whether you're at a big life milestone or transition; or whether you're just ready for a re-set to tap into more of your natural vitality, this weekend will give you the tools and the time and space to re-integrate on a deeper level.
We will use meditation to quiet the mind and create a larger container to hold our stories. We'll use yoga to release old energy caught in the body, to re-integrate and re-align the body's natural energetic systems, and to open new doorways to relating to ourselves. And we'll use writing to get clear on our stories, to imagine different ways of telling old stories, and to reconnect with our creativity and imaginations.
In the safe, supportive and encouraging community, you can allow your full, dynamic, true self to come forward.
Come ready to dive deep, to relax deeply, to move, to meditate to have a good time, laugh and remember your capacity for joy.
"Happiness," Ghandi said, "is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony."
Come back to a place of alignment and grounded creativity to welcome in the new year.

Amanda Noella Daddona April 29, 2020Living Fully with Fear
The Living Fully with Fear course with Amanda Votto was an incredible experience. I was able to connect with my emotions, dig deep and find what was underneath those emotions, and find comfort within myself and from the shared experiences of the others in the class. I found the practices to be extremely helpful and at times challenging (in a good way). And overall, Amanda did a great job of putting everything into context and explaining how we can relate to fear and tap into a more compassionate part of ourselves. I do wish it had been longer than four weeks. It was a lot of material to cover, and there was a lot to explore and work through. Perhaps Copper Beech might consider extending these online courses to be six or eight week experiences. Even so, I am truly grateful for the opportunity and for all that I gained from this class. Thank you to Amanda and to Copper Beech!

Kevin Ryan November 12, 2018Harvest Celebration 2018
As always, a delightful evening!. Thoughts: 1. May want to publish an agenda in future. Not wise to be fashionably late. Reports were that the event was in full swing at 6:30 PM and 6:45 arrival felt like we were catching up. 2. Would be wise to provide the wifi information so everyone could connect for the text fundraiser. Verizon worked but several people near me said that they could not connect using ATT. The wifi would allow everyone to connect See you next year!!

Louise Cornetta September 17, 2018A Magical Place
The Copper Beech Institute offers a wide variety of courses, meditations, workshops and is housed on a beautiful peace of property. I enjoy the Wednesday Candlelight Meditation as a group or 30-40 of us meet to share this mindful experience and are led by the incredible Miranda who always gives a talk that seems to hit home. This place is filled with such love and kindness. Go check it out!
