About This Event

Awaken to your innate capacity for boundless love and compassion through metta/loving kindness practices that foster wise equanimity, deep inner peace, and a profound connection to yourself and others.

Our three-night retreat includes daily Vinyasa yoga classes and deep stretching sessions, walks in the woods, meditation, mindfulness, loving kindness practices, live music, wonderful vegan meals and lots of warm friendship.

Friday, July 17th

3 - 8pm Check-In

6 - 7pm Dinner

7.30 - 9pm Deep Stretching/Orientation

Saturday - Sunday, July 18th & 19th

7  - 8am Meditation

8 - 9am Breakfast

10 - 12pm Vinyasa/Compassion Practices

12 - 1pm Lunch

1 - 4pm Free time (hiking, spa treatments)

4 - 6pm Deep Stretching/Mindfulness

6:30 - 7:30 Dinner

7:45  - 9pm Kirtan (live music)

Monday, July 20th

7 - 8am Meditation

8 - 9am Breakfast

9 - 11am  Vinyasa/Compassion Practices

11 - 12 Check-out of Rooms

12 - 1pm Lunch

12 - 4pm free time/departures
